You pay only once per order shipping costs - depending on the weight of the items ordered.
Our software adds the weights of the ordered items as you are given in the detailed description for that item. The thus determined total weight of your order is the basis for the calculation of shipping costs.
The delivery time of the items specified in the respective product description. If certain products are not available, we will inform you via email about it. Usually, the product is a mailable to two business days after receipt of payment from stock and will be the parcel or express pass. You will receive an email with all necessary for shipment tracking information. Your data will be passed for the purpose of this notification to the shipping carriers.
On the journey times by the parcel service, particularly during peak periods such as Christmas, we have no control.
The shipping costs will be displayed before order completion.
Visible damage to the outer packaging, which is indicative of damage to the delivered goods, must be communicated to the parcel service driver immediately and before the signature (here the suffix "Packaging damaged, acceptance with reservation" in the signature field of the scanner is sufficient). Unforeseeable damage to the goods must be notified to the transport service provider or the seller within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Later complaints can not be accepted.
If you are ordering from outside of the EU it is possible that you have to pay additional customs duties, taxes or fees to your public authorities. We recommend our customers to clear particulars before ordering!
